After the application process, you will have to upload a video speaking about yourself, your qualifications and work experience. You should be direct and mention all the relevant information in an organized manner. You must speak proficiently and present yourself very well in order to get approved
If you do not feel comfortable uploading a video, an audio file will be accepted. Nonetheless, your language skills and the audio clarity should be presented at an extremely high and professional level in order to be approved.
Your video/audio should be approximately 2-3 minutes long covering all the required professional and educational aspects. For the video, make sure your background is not messy and has a professional look to it. And for the audio, make sure there is no background disturbance and maintain good voice modulation. Take your time and invest a good amount of energy when producing this video/audio as it is an extremely imminent deciding factor.
